hi there, I need a mercenary license, but I have no way to get it, I could make an exchange of:
- 30 vermillion
- snowy owl gryphon
- albino croaktice (level8)

Why do you need a Mercenary License? You don't seem to have any Squad yet, so you should first build a Military Academy. That gives you one Squad. Once you upgrade the Academy to level 2, you can have 2 Squads etc.
The Merc License is only there for when you've already maxed out on Squads from the Academy..
