I am currently unable to create a new group tab. I can enter the name but nothing happens when i prsse 'Yes'. Only the 'No' button works. I have tried reloading the page multiple times i am still unable to create and name a new group

Please say what browser and OS are you using. Also please make sure that you have cleared your browser cache, simple page reload usually doesn't update the cached scripts.
