Kami are super rare, they were from an event that was held last month. I have not heard of any being sold. I imagine that if anyone were to sell theirs the price would be incredibly high. The limit for each kind of Horseman Kami was 1 and they are unbreedable. As I understand it they were in some ways to be a special thing upon the release of the site to both celebrate the site leaving Beta phase and reward the long time players of the game (also older players had to give up quite a few hoarded pets and resources for it!).
