Your new baby will appear a day after she first got pregnant :)

Your pet's page will also show when she is due and who the father of the child is. This info is located on the bottom right of your pet's page. 

Unborn offspring (so those pets that are pregnant) also take up space in your stable, so if you see that you have reached your limit, but don't have that many pets, be sure to check your pregnant ones!

To help with your question: The Inn is a building that you can construct using materials your pets find exploring. You can see it here on the Recipes List: http://beastkeeper.com/recipes-list. The Inn brings you different visitors every few days. Some visitors can be invited (using invites). These visitors have special effects on your pets, ability to catch pets, research genes, or even make more money. If you build an inn you will have random visitors. They bring in about 50 silver a day. Here is a list of the different kinds of visitors: http://beastkeeper.com/thread/3399

Before you build the Inn you will need to acquire a blueprint for it. This will tell you what items and pet you need to build it. You can find these exploring, buy them from users, or buy them from the state store. The FAQ: http://beastkeeper.com/faq can help answer many questions pertaining to building (and many more!).
