I'm not sure if this is totally a bug persay, so I decided to report it anyway.

Something I've observed while in Explore, and is kind of bothersome. Symurghs move backwards!

Usually when a pet moves in explore, they move face forward, and their faces change direction if you move left or right.  Symurghs always move with their butts first, instead of their heads! It looks like they're moonwalking along on their adventure.

I'm on The latest version of Firefox :3

Haha. I noticed this too, I wanted to screencap but I was on my phone o.0

I even looked at the other pets, they all move with their bodies forwards. I thought maybe since their heads pointed that way- but that would be odd.  It is not just you, I see it as well :)

Oh my.. I don't have many Symurghs and never went exploring with them before, but upon seeing this topic I had to try.. That does look weird indeed O_o

They move where they face. It's not a bug. It would be more weird if they moved looking backwards.

Thanks for the responses ^^!

But with all due respect, I think they'd actually look less weird moving the other direction with their necks facing forward.  Even if they're actual heads are facing their rumps, it will seem like they're glancing over their shoulder for danger, rather than moonwalking.

I fully agree with Tyr. I also think that it would look less weird if they would move the other way. It is absolutely possible that they look backwards while walking but why would they walk backwards while facing forward? That doesn't seem like natural behaviour :/

I'd have to agree with Tyr too. It makes more sense for the symurghs to be looking over their shoulder than walking backwards. All I can think whenever I see the symurghs move is that their fabulous tails should be messed up. Maybe we could put it to a vote? It really does look very odd.

I agree with Tyr as well. The symurghs ought to be moving the way their chests are facing, not their heads. Right now they're just walking backwards and I haven't seen a single animal walk like that in nature.

We turned Symurgh explore icon backwards since this is a small fast change but seemed to be a concern for a lot of players.

Thank you very much, Angel! I'm glad it sounds like it wasn't too much of a hassle, and I do hope it wasn't frustrating. I believe we all looked only to discuss, not to fuss.
