Sometimes when I try to go to explore it freezes up,but the rest of the game ia fine.

What do you mean by "freezes up"? Like, does it not move, not let the pet move, not uncover fog of war, etc?

Also what web browser are you using?

Explore requires stable internet connection. Every move and action is sent to server for verification to avoid unfair play. "Freezing" in explore means that you're losing connection to our server and script is unable to get response to continue exploring. Usually simple page refresh helps to restore the connection.
