I have at least one pet with Deaf gene, active and with full energy but it says that I don't have pet which meets criteria. What can I do?
Please help.

I checked your pets. You have no pets with researched Deaf trait. Though there are 2 pets with recessive Deaf gene, they do not qualify for this quest because they carry this gene but do not express it. You need a pet with Deaf trait expressed, in other words Deaf gene must be dominant.
