I cant defeat the female unicorn in the battleing tutorial with automatic battles and i cant do anything until i defeated it. I keep loseing and cant change to any other settings or stats to make it easier.

the task is...Task: Select Lvl 1 Nameless (Keeper Tutorial) opponent and click Accept Challenge. Fight her and win!

You do not lose energy in tutorial battles, so just keep trying. It's not a bug, this means that pet on Arena is more powerful than your pet. But both pets are starter pets, and the battle mechanics works in that way that there can't be 100% unwinnable combinations.
