I'm a new player around here.... I sometimes get confused, could someone tell me how to add someone to the friends list? it would be greatly appreciated:) and also how to use the items I have in my inventory such as wheat, honey.... thank you!

Welcome to BeastKeeper!
If you want to add someone to your friend list go under Community - My Friends and click on the add friends button.
If you want to use items in general just click on them and choose what you would like to do with. If you meant how to feed your Beasts, well this will be happen automated each new day.
