Starting off with Death GET. Researched, looks it has a predetermined skillset. Also looks like its unbreedable.

And the Famine.  ...I think death there has a better set of genes, but this one was quite a challenge in the arena. Thanks to Silent pace (first attack is guaranteed crit), Magic horn, Petrifying gaze and Gracefulness.

Lol Bet Expert, guess it makes sense for Famine.

Still waiting on the Crimson Tree (2 hours) before I can go beat him up. It looks like Pestilence will be the one that takes the most time to get... 5 days for 5 jars.

...It's also probably the one with Pestilence Breath from the gene chart :3

___

Two hours later: Yay, Famine!

I have a question. I am after War, but I am really afraid he'll be too hard for me to beat. Do you only get one shot at beating them? D: Or can you battle them 'til you win?

Same question as above.. D: I'm probably lucky to go though all the other objectives (they are hell, seriously. How do you guys do it? >.<) but Im really worried as well. It's a pretty big bummer to let all the effort go to waste.

Beat them both first try, but I'd assume you'd be able to challenge multiple times if you failed.

Once you complete the tasks, a button opens up to challenge the Kami (Gives you a choice of automatic or manual battle). After you're done it sends you to the arena battle page, and when you go back to the Kami Event page there's a new Claim Pet button down there. If you didn't win, you'd probably still see the challenge button instead of Claim Pet.

Yep, you can keep challenging them. They're level 50, so you'll need a pet of equal level.

Famine always seems to crit for 220+ HP during the first round, so Regeneration (and Thick skin, etc) would've been useful there. Though I chose to beat him with one of my favorite gryphons: http://beastkeeper.com/pet/138090

I imagine that they'd be defeatable even with GP0 pets, but it might take quite a few tries.
...maybe I'll list my Famine in the arena, so players can practice...

Woah!! Nice guys! I'm hoping to get my hands on death and famine. If anyone has those essences I would be willing to trade my pestilence essence!

Bummer they aren't breedable, but DANG these guys look like they will OWN the battles!

Got War. ...defeated him with Famine.

The other two will have to wait. I'm having hard time finding, er, volunteers for Death. Not that I've found the essences either. And harvesting poison for pestilence will take a few days.

Finally... a War of my own. Only waiting on Pestilence Jars now :P

War

Been beating them all with my permastun Roc Turbulence. Massive Wings is still able to stun through Determination, Ha!

These guys are crazy powerful... can they be added to squads? They look fairly unbeatable!! Hahah. I mean they just look intimidating. It's enough to make me want to hide! All I have to do is hold the crimson tree and I can get famine (after I defeat him of course!) I'm worried I won't have a strong enough pet for that. Advice?

Don't worry, it'll be an easy win if you train Ouranos up to level 50. Manual battle and Bite your way to victory.

are they already at level 50 for you? Or do you have to train them?

They come at level 50, and you need a level 45-50 pet to challenge them
