my cousin whitetail has 21 pets when she can only have up to 20 is this a glitch or what?

It's not a glitch. The stable limit is soft. It can happen in case if user must receive a pet but the stables are full and the slot for this pet isn't locked. For example, this happens when user bids for a pet on auction and then wins it but their stable is full at this moment.
