I'm willing to buy her, but she doesn't have to have any negative gene (at least dominant) and must have regen, quickmind and agile paws (and maybe fragrance?) - I'm paying with silver (up to 50.000-60.000, depending on how good the mare is) and additional free breeds from said stallion.

check out my sales tab. Tina, Vivien (both GP2) and Lilly (GP1) have active regeneration (I saw that when I've let them fight in the arena). Tina even has Counterattack (so, she must have Agile Paws and Quickmind). Vivien has according to the tactics tab probably fragile bones, but otherwise her stats are really OK.
And there is a waiting GP3 female foal, of course (with recessive regeneration and quickmind).
I research genes of GP3 foals only, but their behaviour in the arena gives good hints.

I just got a female with Quickmind and Regeneration, each having both dominant and recessive. No Agile paws but since your male has it, and it being 90 power, the offspring would probaby inherit that gene and not Normals Paws gene. http://beastkeeper.com/pet/120634
But...do you have to buy her? I just got her, would you be willing to just buy the baby after they breed? I'd have no problem selling you the offspring but I'd really like to keep her. X3
