So, this is my tutorial baby.
I wasn't happy with the species - I breed Rocs and Pumas. Oh, well - I suppose it wouldn't hurt to have a nice Gryphon with special stats, right? :) I'm sure I'll eventually get a special stat baby out of the tutorial pair.
The girl is labeled Nun, and holds the Himalayan color gene dominant. Her father is Nun, as well, and both her parents are Himalayan-dominant. Kid looks nothing like her father, though. LOL.
As for skin pattern... The mother is a Crow, so Passerine-dominant, and her recessive is Pigeon. The father is Pigeon-dominant. His recessive is unknown - could be Pigeon or Cat.
The baby has Pigeon-recessive for skin pattern, so she must not have the Cat skin gene (weaker than Pigeon). Which I am disappointed about, because she looks like a Siamese Gryphon, and I wanted one. :X I think the baby will end up with Passerine or Pigeon dominant. IOW, she'll look like one of her parents.
Statwise, she's not great, three reds. Bet you anything she inherited mom's Thin Skin. On the bright side, she inherited Quickmind-recessive! From who I'm not certain. I think it's the father that carries Quickmind.

I'm waiting on my tutorial baby, a Puma, daddy Puma is a tiger pattern, mummy puma is a 'normal' patttern. I honestly can't wait to see how he/she turns out
