I can't figure out how to actually get the inn - can anyone fill me in?
Sorry for the bad pun.
I still really do need an answer though.

You need to build it. Get the blueprint in your inventory, Use it then go to Craft and Construction-->Buildings.
Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Arete - I had thought it had to be like that, but how do I get the blueprint? where is it available? :/

Usually it's in chests, the beast temple or the chancellery in Explore. I'll see if I can find one for you.
