I just used a Cartographer's Guild blueprint, but it isn't showing up in my crafting tab. It's gone from my inventory, too.

Hm.. Are you sure that you haven't already built it once?
I've noticed that it's possible to update blueprints for buildings that you already have. And since you can't rebuild those, it wastes the blueprint. Dunno if that's working as intended...

Imitatia, I just checked your manor. Zaltys is right, you already have Cartographer's Guild constructed. All recipes that include silver coins can be updated up to 5 times to reduce the cost of construction.
