I have gotten multiple copies of astrologist level 3, but I have never seen astrologist level 2. Is it a portal item? All you see in the item trades is level 1 and level 3. I have everything to make level 3 except the level 2 blueprint, which is slightly aggravating. I'm using my astrologist level 1 to help up my chances of finding level 2, but still nothing.

I found my astro level 2 from explore on the first day - Its just luck.
