I noticed that when you write a title that is almost 60 characters long but it includes some special characters you get an error message saying it's over 60 chars. I'm guessing it's because special characters take up more space when converted to html so I don't know if this can be counted as a bug but still the message may be a bit confusing  - because you still can type in a title that's in fact too long.

I'm attaching a screenshot with the exact title I put in ('theoretically' 59 characters long) for the reference.
