This might seem inconsequential, but I would love to be able to name my Inn.
Come on, who could resist a visit to - my favorite - The Clever Cockatrice Inn? Or, The Boisterous Pony down the street? How about The Happy Golem, owned by my good friend two streets over?
There are some great ideas here -

I think that would be kinda fun. Of course I'd love to name mine the Prancing Pony or something :P
Not sure how that would affect game play in any manner, unless it were visible to others, but more customization is fun I guess.
