I have pets that are no longer in a squad. I really wasn't sure what I was doing with the first squad and so I just downgraded without leaving the battlefield. Like I said, I wasn't sure what I was doing at the time. Now, the pets still say they are on the battlefield and aren't in a squad for me to recall. How do I fix this?

kait9110, I set your group back to squad. Please leave the island first and then downgrade it to group.

Also can you please provide us some details about the conditions when you was able to downgrade the squad without leaving the battlefield? What was the movement or battle phase when you did this?

Well, it showed I still had an energy of 10 after I lost a battle against someone. I never saw dark places on the board for me to place my squad so that was why I fought someone for theirs. I lost, but it still showed I had full energy. I was so confused so I went back to my groups and looked to see what was happening with them and it showed all the pets in the squad had an energy level of 2. So, I just downgraded the swaud, thinking I would start over with a new group but it still showed my pets as "On Battlefield." After talking with one of my friends who is also on here about it all, I watched the video and reread some things about this new improvement to BK. Still couldn't understand how my pets still said they were in the battlefield so we both thought it was a glitch and it would go away aftter the 10 hours. So I left it at that only to see nothing changed to ttoday.
