Anyone else having this issue? Please help me fix it! :)
Cannot change to auto battle while in explore mode.

I'm having this issue too. The auto choice when setting your pet of for battles is gone too. You're not the only one. Unfortunately, I have no idea what's going on or how to fix it (if it's possible to fix).

It doesn't work when you click it?
Mine is still working, and I just put a bunch of pets in automatic battle. I just switched between the two with no problems and autobattled a monster...
I have no clue what to do but I just wanted to let you know that mine is working. I'm not sure.. perhaps post in bugs?
