Create a profile commentary system where users can leave messages. Obviously if the message is rude the user should have the ability to report, hide, or delete that comment.
I think it would be a nice way for people to leave comments on someone's neat custom skin, or just informally chat with a user (I know we have PM's.. but I feel that they are more formal). It's a nice way to maybe wish someone a happy birthday or leave a note.
