I've saved up my money and finally built a Cartographers Guild because in the buildings description it says it "Allows you to see current Wild Pets and their positions on the map.".

Yet when I go to the capture wild pet page it looks the same as normal, not showing pets / locations ect... so... any help is appreciated.

Shaetani, there's a magnifying glass above the catchers hiring panel, click it to show the pets. If you won't see any pets after the clicking, this means that all of the wild pets are caught at your manor and you need to wait a bit until the new ones will come. The spawn cycle for wild pets is 32 hours.
