Well, in time, I'll be answering the email inquries that are sent to the site.
In the past, the things I have done for sites have been:
Resolve purcahse issues
Write FAQs
Resolve account problems
Assist in clearing errors
General troubleshooting
Leverage social media (IE Facebook/Twitter)
I've also done some QA work. So, in time, we'll see what BK needs me to do! :D

Is there any chance of getting a better forum program?
There is no way to search this forum.. no way to go to the newest post.. no way to see what threads you have posted in.. when you finish reading a thread, the only way to get to the next thread is to scroll back to the top of the page and use the breadcrumb links to return to the forum (THAT is a major annoyance).

Just a tip: I HATE bad grammar, I am a great grammar freak! I hate it when People Talk Just Like This ALL Of The Time, jst lik tis all of the tme, and when people don't capitalize correctly. If you do this, I will most likely ignore you, by the way!

Welcome, Westly! I'm sure you'll be of very much help here. I think this is the second-best place for me to say that I'm quitting as a direct result of update #4; I hope you and any other future customer service crew members will be able to sort things like that out!
