I'm sure that some people have put pets in there that they didn't want to be remembered, perhaps we can have the option of deleting pets permanently from the reserve? Save server space and all? Perhaps we can charge a silver fee for it since it wasn't the reserve's purpose in the first place?

No, pets are living there in peace for the rest of their life. "Trash Dump" place is Pound. Reserve was added as it was described in the suggestion thread and thus we were logging all the pets sent to Reserve from the start.
