emmie1977, do any other javascripts work (exploring, catchers, trades etc.)? It looks like javascript is turned off in your browser. We checked your account and TinyMCE was loaded without issues there.

This actually happens to me quite frequently when i open new messages but the html changes in a few seconds to regular text... some sort of strange lag issue?

shilar, TinyMCE needs some time to load, there's a bunch of icons and scripts which it uses. So yes, there will be a lag even with the fastest internet connection, everyone can see how it's loading.
emmie1977, I'm glad that your problem is gone. I can suppose that this was some kind of software error which appear from time to time with all applications. By the way, can you please write the exact version of your browser? How to find the version of the browser
I see another bug topic which reporting the issue with tabs but the described effect is the same - javascripts were not loaded. Maybe there was a recent update in some browser which has a problem with our js.

emmie1977, thanks!
Chrome really had an update recently. Also they're moving to new engine version and probably there will be issues with new updates until this will finish this update. I'm using Chrome for testing and didn't experience this bug yet but I just googled a bit and there are similar issues reported by other people. Let's hope that they will release a patch soon. If you will experience the constant problems with JS not loading, we can advice to install another browser (Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari) until there will be a new update for Chrome released.
Another cause of this problem can be in the incompatibility with browser plugins, for example Download 0.1.7 can cause the same issue.

i actually have several browsers, just that i prefer chrome, but will consider using ff if i have too many repeats of the issue (tho it hasn't happened again since *touch wood* )
