she has light bones and clumsy paws, one adds 25% and the other minuses 25%, however, when you look at her stats it only shows the minus 25%, surely they should cancel eachother out?

Obviously this depends on the order in which buffs/debuffs to stats are applied.
Base agility is 89.
89*.75 (-.25 from clumpsy paws) = 67 (rounded up from 66.75)
67*1.25 (+.25 from light bones) = 84 (rounded up from 83.75).
As you can see, this isn't a bug. Stat bebuffs are simply applied before stat buffs.
