I'd post them, but the majority of my pets are from the pound.

Boiling Blood and no bad genes. One of the first pets that I got from the pound, maybe even the first one. Certainly helped me get started here.
One red (Clumsy paws) and one green (Smart).
Didn't seem useful but I researched the genes anyway. Double Musical beak, and recessive Spurs, Steel bones, Gracefulness and Second breath? Nifty. ...already got one child with double Steel bones and Gracefulness.
(Dunno why my images aren't working... Oh well.)

http://beastkeeper.com/pet/84331 This guy was level 17 when I picked him up. He has all normal stats, which for me as a beginner is good (though not as good as greens) plus his genes were fully researched and he has a couple nice recessives.
http://beastkeeper.com/pet/97390 I picked up this guy at level 4 or 5 because he was pretty and I liked his name. Sadly he had three red stats but I decided to keep him anyway for exploration and such. I ended up finding two mutagens, which I threw at him for funsies (I was afraid to use them on pets with good stats just in case they failed), and now he's down to one red stat- and gained one green one! I haven't researched him yet but I plan to eventually.
http://beastkeeper.com/pet/107505 This is my most recent pound gem. I think he was level 4 when I got him. I picked him because he was pretty and didn't mind the name and discovered he has some nice stats and genes.
I like the pound, I'm trying to be more selective in my adoptions and looking for colours I will want to eventually breed, or higher level pets. Part of me wishes you could see stats before adopting, but I really like pound adoption being a gamble. I hope to one day send some nameless level 1 pets with really nice stats so that someone can be pleasantly surprised. :)

Whoa. Found this one today. GP 1, dominant Lionheart and Strong Muscles, recessive Gracefulness, Silent pace, Saber-toothed... And only one recessive bad gene.
Thanks to...whoever it was who left her there.

I just got Saria today while looking for a pet and she is by far my strongest monster and has some good genes.

I've gotten some bad, some good. My favorite from the pound however are these guys:

Normal dominants all around, but carries some nice recessives - massive hooves, scholar. I hope to breed her to a nice stud carrying agile paws and quick mind, though, as well as regen and fragrance. :3 She's been a very nice addition so far though!

This girlie is turning out pretty good, too! Nice recessives so far. I haven't fully researched her yet as vermillion evades me. Unfortunately she's been bred 7 times before she got to me so I'll have to simply breed her to a nice male later and start my lines. xD But she's really nice for a pound find - pretty rare color too :3

I got this puma today. All her dominant genes are normal, with one good recessive (acute eyesight) and one bad recessive (dystrophy). I'm happy to get her because I know she'll make a good breeder--as long as I don't breed her to a male with the dystrophy gene, her genes will be a blank slate for all the good dominant ones I can find available =)

I love sharing my pound babies. Today I got a pretty unicorn with dominant elemental resistance and recessive determined, steel bones, steel muscles, and magic mirror. She was already at level 7 and named when I got her. Yesterday it was a nice female dragon with really good recessives--fire gland, napalm gland, steel muscles, sharp claws, and elemental resistance. Neither of them has any bad genes and I know they'll make excellent breeders. It's ironic, though, considering that I was searching in the pound for pets with bad stats that I could sacrifice for a death kami without any guilt.

Now the stables bigger I can adopt nearly daily again. :)
Today I got this nice boy with double steel muscles and dominant animal instinct. o-o
I need some help on how to deal with that brain of his though. Clumsy boy. XD

Anyone have any name suggestions?

I just got this cockatrice with 1 green and 1 red stat. The awesome thing about her is that when I checked her pedigree, I discovered that she's the great-grandchild of one of my other cockatrices, who was bred three times before I got her (in an auction, I think) and has never been bred since then. Pretty neat.

Decided to use up my daily pound adoption just before I went to bed last night and I got lucky: http://beastkeeper.com/pet/156460
I love Throdamas. His genes aren't even that bad, I'm pretty happy he's got agile paws. I'm just hoping behind his silly is a quickmind. XD
