To get on the Weekly item trade and Weekly pet trade board, you sell items or pets, the value is the silver you sold those items or pets for.
Not certain about the breeding or battling, but I suspect the battling is the number of wins you have and the breeding is the amount of money you made in breeding fees

I think the breedings is actually the number of breedings not the fees, looking at the numbers :)
