I have yet to figure that out. I mean, the other stats are pretty self-explanatory but this one has stumped me and several of my friends.
Anyone know what it does/means?

I *think* it has something to do with how the pet is built, bone structure, etc.
Went and looked it up:
Constitution type or body type refer to a number of classification systems or typology systems used to empirically or theoretically classify the body shape of a human individual.
So pretty much what I said.
I call Vermillion "Vermi"
I occasionally use an IPad- please excuse spellcheck.

Copied from the FAQ:
Defence depends on Constitution and Strength.
Not sure if Constitution affects anything else though.

Among the battle stats, Constitution affects Defence and Anticrit chance but do not affect Hitpoints directly. Also it's oftenly required for crafting and quests.

Pet level and genetics. There's a constant HP insrease with every level and several genes that affect amount of hitpoints.
