I love it! There needs to be more Cockatrice skins. 

I have like no artistic eye so I don't know how much critique from me is worth but I think the leg on the ground makes it look a little off balance? Like it's tipping over? Maybe if you made the big part of the drumstick/haunch thingy bigger or a bit higher up? 

It might just be because bird legs make like no sense when you actually look at them. Birds are weird, man.

I really really like the overall pose though!
