is this roc supposed to have degeration grade 2? it's mother isn't related to it's father at at all, but it's mother is the product of a brother and sister pairing. i dont mind either way, but just curious

No, if the current mother and father are not related, it results in degen grade 0.
It doesn't matter even if both parents had degeneration grade 3.
