Those blueprints are near-impossible to find. Much harder to find
than breeding color deviants of dragons, griffins, and
unicorns.
They're not found while exploring. I'm not sure if the
battlegrounds area has them as a rare spoils drop like spirits in
a jar and money tree saplings.

Jbirrd, I found a listing for the Astrologist Level 4 blueprints, but the asking price is 300k to 400k in silver coins.
