We're trying to figure out the source of this bug.

There's one detail which can help. Most likely that you don't remember it but it's better to ask in case you do :). The double pregnancy was possible because the female didn't get "Pregant" status on her first pregnancy. So the question is did she get "Pregnant" status normally after the first mating and it's disappered in a while or she didn't have "Pregnant" status at all before the second pregnancy?

We won't delete the second child, it's an individual pet with it's own father. You female will have twins :)

She had the pregnancy but then it disappeared. I think it was around the time of a maintenance so it might have disappeared after the maintenance finished if that makes sense.
