Plot: Regular Fox pups are taken in by a group of Nine-Tailed foxes. Once the pups grow to the age when their one tail becomes two of doesn't happen. The leader believing that the pups are cursed exiles them.

Leader: Burn ( Ginger female with 8 tails)

Second: Coal ( Black male 6 tails.)

Spark: Yellow and orange female with 4 tails

Charcoal: Grey male with 4 tails (Spark's brother)

Blue: grayish female with 3 tails

Flicker: Bright orange female with 3 tails

Mothers:

Bright: Yellow, and red mottled female with 5 tails ( pups adopted mother.)

Pups:

Ember: white female

Nitro

Elders: 

Flame: Dull red female with 9 tails

Burnt: Grey male with 9 tails

Appearance: Ember is a fluffy white Fox with grey tipped ears and tail. She has golden eyes. She has long legs and big ears

Role: Pup

Appearance:  autumn with white edges, white tipped ears,  Green eyes, curly golden tail.

Personality:  Sometimes lazy. Explodes into a frenzy when hunting.  Bit of a runt but tries to be strong.  Very determined, doesn't give up.

Family: 

Bright: adopted mom.

Siblings: Ember.

     Ember was hiding behind a rock. She peeked her head out. Why she was hiding? She wanted to scare someone who was passing by. She was going to be an apprentice soon and wanted to make the best final week of puphood before she had to be all mature. There was no one walking in front of the rock. It wasn't like whenever she went missing she was always behind the rock. sometimes she was behind the rock on the other side of the den! The seconds ticked by and Ember started to get bored. She would just stay a few more minutes.

Meanwhile, Nitro was bored and wanted to do something playful before having to be all mature as well. Nitro wandered around the forest, watching the adult foxes combating and practicing for the Great Hunt. While wandering,  she stumbled upon Ember hiding behind a rock. Then, without thinking, she snuck up behind her sister and jumped on her and basically exploded into a frenzy, thus scaring the life out of Ember.

"Hey!" Ember said in surprise, her fur bristling. She pounced on her sister sending both of them tumbling to the stone floor. Ember landed on top and she pinned Nitro down and playfully tugged at her ear with her teeth.

Nitro started kicking and wiggling in an adorable manner. Then Nitro noticed something move behind Ember, however, she couldn't quite make it out."Jeez, yikes, oof, okay, okay! I surrender!" Nitro yelled. Ember let go and sat down.Nitro stood up, her fur standing straight up. It wasn't because of Ember, but rather because of someone BEHIND Ember. Someone dangerous. 

"Tisk.tisk..." A voice said .. Ember turned around to see the powerful grey shape of Burnt. "This isn't how apprentices should behave." 

 " oh, .come on! " Flame said appearing behind Burnt. "They're just playing. Ember are and Nitro are not apprentices just yet!"

 " but they will be tomorrow. " Burnt's gruff voice said.

"Whatever." Nitro muttered under her breath. 

"I'm sorry, what was that?" asked Burnt, with a glare.

Ember shrank back. Burnt had been a powerful fox in his youth. Just because he was old didn't mean he was weak. Ember didn't want to be on the bad side of such an influential elder.

Upon seeing her sister's reaction,  Nitro slightly regretted what she said. She didn't often mean to say those kind of things, the just... slipped out. Nitro often had her mind on other things.

" I'm sure Nitro didn't mean anything by that. " Flame said in a soothing voice. She looked over at Nitro. "Right." She said in a warning tone.

"Y-yeah, right Miss Flame, I'm sorry,i just.. am scared to have to act and become perfect. Sorry Burnt." Nitro said, her ears bent back and her tail low.

"Good." Flame said . "See Burnt no harm done. Now pups go to your mother now."

" Ok. " Ember said. She walked down the stone tunnel trusting that Nitro was behind her.
