Visit your Tack Workshop and choose Basic > Backgrounds to see new crafting options. 10 recipes are available for Tack Workshop (lvl 1) and other 10 require Tack Workshop (lvl 2).

I went to Basic> Backgrounds>Search and nothing pops up?

I checked your account and it looks like you don't have Tack Workshop built. These crafting recipes require it to appear.
