How much would you ask for the Inn? Would a thousand be appropriate?

A thousand is a bit low, since you'd have to pay 5000 in explore AND be lucky enought to get the right one. I'm mostly looking for cockatrices, and I'm not quite interested in rainbow jars (though other premium shop items (mostly the extra space ones) can be discussed)
I'm always looking for building materials, mostly stone and wood, but I'm thinking of building my own inn soon, so soapshooms and cottons can also be considered a good trading material

You can take a look at my pets, I have a cockatrice that's going to give birth around tomorrow and I have some baby gryphons and unicorns as well if you like ^v^
