I got a scheme for a grade for an activated egg. What is it and what does it do/ is it needed for?

During Tundra you can find Hibernating eggs, out of which you can hatch wild lykos.
You need the egg, the blueprint, and one liquid deviance (extracted from a deviant pet.)
Most people don't feel the expense of the deviance is justified just to get a lykos wild pet. But it's up to you.
Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
