During Tundra, the snow biome spawns green portals. The cells must be in your inventory so you can use these portals.
You need to go through at least 7 portals to reach wild etelia. Each etelia defeated gives you one crystalline ice.
To get an etelia of your own you need 3 liquid deviance, 20 crystalline ice, 100 pure snow and a lykos with ice breath and ice aura.
Tundra opens January 1 till March 4.
Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
