I set up a Deviance Extractor to Extract the Deviance from Shimmer hours ago before heading to work. I've just gotten home to find The Extractor and Costs (10 Quartz, 10 Clay, 5 Lazulite and 1k Coins) are gone from my inventory, Shimmer is still a Deviant and I didn't get the Serum. Is there a chance it can fail?

Deviance extraction doesn't work when it's not Tundra.
