Charged sticks do not appear in the labratory crafting, regular item/building/golem crafting, or on the page of electric rocs- so how do you craft them from the schematic?

Crafting charged sticks, activated eggs, or deviance extractors cannot be done outside of the tundra period (Jan 1 to Mar 4).
Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Ooooh thank you. I wanted to stock up. It's epic you even know the date, although I'm suprised it doesn't start in november/december.
