I was thinking the other day... "Soon" there will be the first pets that have maxed out their breedings and from then on it will be more and more that become "useless" in the term of breeding. Those pets will then hit the pet trades and the pet pound en masse.
Though you can keep them for just exploring and leveling them or making them into your crafting pets, there are only so many buildings to build and your stable doesn't have infinite space.
That's why I was thinking that it would be nice to have some sort of retirement place. A farm where you can send your old pet to, maybe still being able to visit it if you want, but not able to explore with them or use them in any way.
It would just be a bit sad to see your old pets clutter up the pound and pet trade with no one interested in them.
