On the Unicorn section of the Beast Codex, it begins with

"At first its almost like seeing a ghost."

"Its" is used incorrectly here, as, for instance, if a Roc had spurs, they would be "its spurs". 

I think what you were trying to mean was "it's", which means "it is".
