Our payment provider didn't have any technical issues recently, so it looks like something on the client side blocks the purchase window. I guess that antimalware and access management software may frown upon it because it is loaded from an external server. Please make sure that software like firewalls, antiviruses, ad blockers, browser plugins etc. doesn't block external scripts on beastkeeper.com/topup page, and xsolla.com with all its subdomains are whitelisted.

I see only one referral for your account. According to the logs, they finished the tutorial at 2020-11-17 13:53, and you got the referral reward for them. If you have referred more than one player, they didn't use your referral link when registering.

Okay, but what is the referral link so I can do it for more friends?
