Ok, so Hydronium the cockatrice is like... really good at finding portals. HOWEVER he is not so good at finding etelia at low levels so now I'm stuck here fighting lvl 10+ etelia.
Good thing I buffed him with magic foods, though, but I'm gonna have to apply a LOT more buffs. Looks like the foods give you an easier time through levels 7-10 which is nice. But the etelia, man.

My goooodness these etelia pack a punch. They are such a challenge! I'm loving it.
My diamond horn/determined/magic mirror unis are really doing well. The regen helps so much. The mm seems to activate more often when fighting the etelia.
I just love seeing Blizzard has knocked your opponent down!
