I was trying to explore an island but it woudn't let me because there were "no located islands" on my "portal's memory". What does this mean and how can I fix it?

You can only travel up to 20 islands a day. You can get more "portal memory" (the islands the portal is able to locate) by using the SPSB (State Portal Service Branch) or by using a pet with the dominant gene Watchman.
