Okay, this will probbaly sound dumb, but hey, I'm new. I bred two unicorns with normal zebra coats, and their foal was born pure white. Will it turn striped later (like with the buckskin zebra foal I bred)? It's colour genes were both white, and it's dominant pattern gene was striped. The coat is normal zebra with an * by it. What does the asteriks mean?

Congrats! You have a deviant! The foal sprites won't show stripes, and when the unicorn is grown it'll either have purple stripes (colour deviancy) or swirls (pattern deviancy).

Deviants are rare and beautiful. I'm glad you bred one - my favourite deviants are the ones that've occurred by accident. :)
