Hi,this morning I started exploring for Crystalline Ice,I beat 2 etelias but haven't received the ice from them.I'm not using pets with Song of Peace.
UPDATE:I tried exploring with Google Chrome,but no good results,so the full Cache memory problem seems to be excluded.

Could you please provide a bit more info about what went wrong? I've checked your explore logs for today right before the report and found the entry with 2 Crystalline Ice received successfully with one of your Carpos (https://beastkeeper.com/pet/675228), so I'm not sure what exactly we need to debug. Was it a logging issue (you didn't see an entry about receiving Crystalline Ice in your island log after both battles) or something else?

Yes I didn't saw an entry about receiving any Crystalline Ice on the island log,and the new collected ice from today doesn't appear on inventory either.
I'm using Firefox and I tested this problem with Chrome to make sure it's not the Cache memory's fault.

The bug must be gone now. I added 20 Crystalline Ice to your inventory as a compensation. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.
