There's no way to speed up pregnancy, and the baby will be useless until it matures after 3 days. There is a way to speed up the maturation though by using Ephamerae Cocoons which you can buy with gold coins from the premium store, or maybe find in trades.

Actually, the item in question is Founders Cell Culture. Ephemerae Cocoons are only useful for speeding up the baby's maturity, not the pregnancy itself.
