There's a bug that prevents the research potential task Geography of Europa - Complete one Bronze, one Silver and one Gold quest from fulfilling. This bug has probably been going on for a while, as I note-take about my future squads questing, however, it was only recently I realized I wasn't making mistakes but rather it was a bug. Here's the screenshot where my Throdama Pawn has completed each type of quest
And here's a link to her research potential page, where it says 2/3 for the task that should be completed.
