No - it will be a level 3 throdama morph, with the secret genes, but it won't have GP.
I recommend getting gp3 pets then breeding for the best genes first. Then when you have a perfect female, find a perfect male on the breeding offers that's also GP3 and use your broodcarers.
Then you'll have the ideal GP3 throdama morph.
